Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater Official Policies/Contract
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
***Please note, reservations made starting 05/01/2022 will not be refunded due to COVID19 closures or re-closures. We will be happy to reschedule (based on availability).
Birthdays and Private Events: A valid form of payment such as credit card, debit card, check cash app, PayPal etc. is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. NO REFUND. We will make every effort to postpone/reschedule your event, with no penalty; to another date should cancellation be necessary. Rescheduled events are based on availability and must be rescheduled within 90 days of your original event.
Schools, Churches, Non-profits, Corporations, and other non-private parties, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your balance is due within two (2) weeks time of your reservation request to continue holding your date. No cancellations will be allowed within 2 weeks of your scheduled event. We will make every attempt to reschedule your event within the next 90 days. A rescheduled event is based on availability and must be rescheduled within 90 days of your original event.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from St. Louis, MO. We also service a "secondary" area outside our primary area but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area.
BAD WEATHER: Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate-controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm, or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests 16 and over require a parent or guardian to be on the property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. For the safety of your children 6 and under, are not allowed inside the Game Truck. We do love our little guests but we are not a playground and children running up and down the aisle is dangerous in the often crowded trailer. This also allows the Game Coach to focus on giving the players the best attention he/she can.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. No Refund
FOOD/DRINK: Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
PICTURES: While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside/outside the trailer. You may be able to view these pictures on Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater Facebook/Instagram Fan Page. If you do not want our Game Coach to take these pictures or post them on the Fan Page please notify us prior to the party.
DAMAGE/INJURY: Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above grounds and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of the same by the client’s guests. Archtowne Mobile Gaming Theater or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. We also are not responsible for items that may have been lost in the gaming theater.
